Our service standards, booking and cancellation policies.
1. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Photo session bookings are confirmed after date approval. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session date are free of charge. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours.
2. Delivery Times
Edited high-resolution photos are delivered via a private online gallery link within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the selected package.
3. Payment Terms
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or credit card. A deposit determined prior to the session date is collected in advance.
4. Copyright & Usage
All intellectual property rights to photographs belong to the studio. The client receives a license for personal and social media use. Additional agreements are required for commercial use.
5. Limitation of Liability
The studio exercises maximum care in the event of unexpected technical failures or force majeure and will offer alternative solutions.
